The Asian American Coalition of Chicago honoured prominent Indians at the 24th Annual Lunar New Year Celebration on March 3, 2007 at the Hyatt Regency O’Hare in Rosemont, Illinois. The event themed “Roar with the boar 2007 / 4705” was hosted by the Chinese American community of Chicago. Over 1,100 attended, including local dignitaries and the consul generals of India and other Asian countries
