  6.   Convene with thought leaders in social change from around the world.
  7.   Sharing best practices and technologies to meet challenges.
  8.   Connect with like-minded people and organizations who can contribute to my efforts.
  9.   To learn new and better processes and better healthcare delivery models.
  10.   Forge alliances and partnerships to multiply our impact.

How do you de stress and disengage from this continuous stream of work?

I love to read. I can read anything, even the print on grocery paper bags! I aim to read atleast a book a month and utilize my travel time to our hospitals in the small towns to catch up on my reading. I also am very lucky to have a beautiful family and try to get a small vacation with my wife and two children every three to four months.
