INDIA EMPIRE AWARDS 2010
First of all I want to say that this is a very prestigious Award. In fact, I will venture to say that the India Empire Awards is second to the (Pravasi) Bharatiya Samman Awards given by the Government of India. You had a whole range of luminaries come and grace this function. You can see from the bio-data that this is people that deserve the Award. It's not tokenism, it's not people that bought these Awards. For me it is an important Award. I will treasure it. I will dedicate this Award to the people of South Africa. 2010 is an important year for us.
