The National Capital Region shall soon have a landmark that shall elevate the pride of all. In not too a distant future Noida’s sector 150 will host NCR’s tallest residential complex, a 300-meter, 81-storey structure with 285 high-luxury residential units. This was announced by BRYS Group Chairman Mr Rahul Gaur recently. The launch price has been put at a very competitive Rs 10,500 per sq ft, and a residence shall be available starting Rs 3 cr. onwards.

BRYS BUZZ is a state-of-the-art ultra-luxurious tech savvy residences complex and will be built as per the stringent international green norms. Designed by an internationally acclaimed architectural firm having its footprints all over the globe it will make use of latest and most innovative technologies.
The project will also see some of the finest global consultants bringing in their expertise to the country. The principal architects are H-AO Architects, which is a multi-disciplinary design studio based in Dubai. H-AO Architects is the name behind some of the landmark skyscrapers in Gulf countries. Its Principal Architect Manoj H Rathod was part of the design team for major projects such as Marriott Marquis (Dubai), Marriott Erbil (Iraq), Le Meridian Al Aqua Beach Resort (UAE) and Shangri-La Sadiyat (Abu Dhabi). Some other consultants include Innowaves Design Services, Beaver Gulf Contracting, Speolallsed Engineering Consultants, Bureau of Engineering Studies Consulting Engineers, Universal Consulting FZE, Lerch Bates INC, and Design Confidence.

The company’s foray into high-rise segment is at par with the global trend of growing vertical. “Land is in short supply, its costs are rising and acquisition is a challenge and all this make it imperative for us to grow vertically,” said Mr Gaur citing Mumbai’s example as the highrise capital of the country.
In the country, today there are over 110 buildings which are 110 mtrs (316 ft, 32-floor) and above, with the tallest being 254 mtrs (833 ft, 61-floor); and over 175 high rises which are either under construction or approved. Mumbai hosts more than 90% of these buildings. “The future shall see many more such buildings and Noida shall be no different,” added Mr Gaur.

BRYS BUZZ shall have luxurious and spacious 3, 4, 5 & 6 BHK residences with varied options including duplexes.
