Itís an irony that while Indians are becoming increasingly prosperous, they cannot enjoy the fruits of their toil because of all kinds of ailments. This is the perfect setting for a yoga renaissance. Indians should take to yoga because they have limited space for outdoor exercise or jogging. Gyms are expensive and few. Yoga, on the other hand is the royal science that even the poor can benefit from.
