It’s not just the India Story, which has caught the fancy of the world. The world is also watching the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) with renewed interest. Over 12 international colleges have flown into Ahmedabad to participate in the Confluence ‘06, which has ‘The India Phenomenon’ as its central theme.

She says apart from companies, the institutes in India too are making news abroad. “Institutes in India are well-known. IIM-Ahmedabad is one of the best in Asia and that’s why we are here.”
