Triveni’s Red Flags
New Delhi: Concerned homebuyers of the Sky Palazzo project in Gurugram’s Sector 88B have filed a formal complaint with the Haryana Real Estate Regulatory Authority (HRERA), citing potential fraud and dubious developer connections.
The project, spread over 10.84 acres in Harsaru Village, is being developed by Fidatocity Homes Private Limited and is registered under HRERA with registration number RC/REP/HRERA/GGM/921/653/2025/24.
At the heart of the complaint are allegations of indirect involvement by Mukund Mittal, son of Madhur Mittal, a director of Triveni Ferrous Infrastructure Private Limited. In 2019, the Director of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Haryana, had barred Madhur Mittal and his associates from obtaining new project licenses due to past irregularities.
“The DTCP order dated September 30, 2019, recognized the fraudulent conduct of the Mittal brothers and issued a ban accordingly,” reads the complaint, a copy of which has been accessed by IANS.
Adding to buyer concerns, the project’s application was submitted by Amit Kumar Sharma and Anil Sharma—both hailing from Agra, which is also Madhur Mittal’s hometown—raising suspicions of potential proxy involvement.
Buyers have also drawn attention to a related Triveni project in Faridabad, which is currently under legal scrutiny. Investors in that project claim their funds remain stuck, further fueling skepticism around Sky Palazzo’s legitimacy.
The complainants have urged HRERA to halt all bookings, payments, and advertisements related to the Sky Palazzo project pending a full investigation. As of the latest update, HRERA has taken the case under review.
