CREATION IS IN BALANCE

By Yogi Ashwini of Dhyan Ashram

Creation is in balance because the various heavenly bodies are constantly engaged in the task of maintaining this balance. The congregation of various energies and nakshatras determines the energy patterns of a particular day and our individual energy patterns combined with the energy of the day determine the course of events in our life. Like the various heavenly bodies, each one of us is a poorna ansh of creation and has been assigned a specific task in order to keep the balance of creation. There is a purpose to our birth, the purpose is a specific experience based upon the desire of the soul.

The mind and the physical brain control the human body and they are controlled by the desire of the soul. What does a soul desire?

Just close your eyes and observe what is going inside the brain…give it two minutes. You will find so many thoughts running inside you – children, family, spouse, business, and emotions. All these thoughts indicate the desire of the soul and it is because of these thoughts or desires that we are unable to go beyond human existence and are unable to find peace and happiness in the human body. When the mind is engaged in thoughts of the physical, it cannot think of anything beyond because at one point of time, the mind can only do one thing and think of one thing. Even Ayurveda says that of the five senses only one is active at one time. They alternate so fast that you cannot make out…

Our bodies are programmed to achieve whatever they want, provided it is only one thing. Words like ekagrata, ek tatva nirantar abhyas, bhumadhya etc all indicate the path to success as one-pointed focus. The problem starts when our desires divide. Multiplicity of desires leads to ambiguity. This lack of understanding of what one actually wants leads to success evading…If you put the 5 litre of petrol you have in five different cars, not one will move forward an inch. So is true of human birth. Sanatan Kriya is an effective tool to silence your mind. I have detailed in my book ‘Sanatan Kriya, Essence Yoga’, the time-tested techniques of the Vedic rishis to still mind assimilate into a 45-minute practice, the Sanatan Kriya, to suit the hectic routine of modern man. Regular practice of the kriya induces a state of balance in all realms of a being – physical, financial, emotional and mental – translating as phenomenal glow and attraction on the outside and silence within. Once you silence your mind, then your thought process is going to be on creation, which hasn’t been revealed till now, and you will be able to go to the higher dimensions.

In science they say there is a primitive mind and a developed mind. You will be surprised to know that medulla oblongata, that is, the lower part of the brain is called the primitive mind because it is responsible for basic thoughts and the basic act of inhalation and exhalation called primitive breathing. Altering the breathing process by pranayams requires higher brain centers to be involved and hence they are called advanced breathing patterns that need to be developed. Once the mind is silenced, higher centers of the brain get activated, and then revelations come. Revelations are already inside us, as mentioned before, we are a poorna ansh of creation, but because we are so busy with thoughts of the physical, we are not able to access those revelations. The vedas were revealed when rishis went into silence. It is in silence that Vishvamitra created a parallel universe or Bhagirath called Ganges upon Earth. From silence everything emerges and everything goes back into silence. Like from darkness everything emerges and goes back into darkness. So if you want to create, then you go into that silence, and that is what will give you the actual gyan of creation. Rest all is useless, it is going to keep you going in circles.

We have come to prithviloka from other lokas (dimensions). When we were sent here, a chip was fitted at the center of our forehead (agya chakra) and we were given the software to activate this chip - om. When you go to agya and chant om, a signal is sent to where we have come from that we want to come back and so He sends for us…but we need to first overcome other energy centres of the body and only then we can access agya. This path can only be shown by your Guru. It is something like…one can know the Sanskrit language through books and courses, people across the globe are learning it…but it requires a gyani to transfer the gyan of the correct chants to a being, in the absence of which the language of gods becomes ineffective.
