An Indian-American investor has emerged as one of the most prominent financial contributors in the current US election cycle.

Washington: Silicon Valley-based investor Asha Jadeja Motwani has donated over $5 million to the pro-Trump super PAC MAGA Inc., according to federal campaign finance disclosures.

The filings indicate a $5 mllion contribution from California in November 2025, placing her among a select group of ultra-wealthy donors. Her election-to-date total stands at over $5.1 million.

Elite Donor Landscape

Jadeja’s name appears alongside some of the most influential figures in American technology and finance. Foris DAX Inc., operator of the Crypto.com platform, leads with a $20 million single entry, while OpenAI president Greg Brockman is listed with a $25 million contribution.

Konstantin Sokolov of IIS Investments LLC is recorded with $11 million, while only two other donors — Stephen A. Schwarzman and Benjamin Landa — match Jadeja at the $5 million level.

Technology and Politics

The donor roster reflects a strong presence of technology- and crypto-linked firms, including Gemini Trust Company, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and major advisory and investment entities.

Jadeja’s contribution ranks among the largest political donations by an Indian-origin individual, highlighting the expanding political and financial engagement of Indian Americans.

A Shifting Political Spectrum

While Indian Americans have traditionally leaned Democratic, recent cycles reveal growing diversification in political affiliations. With US-India relations remaining strategically significant, diaspora engagement continues to attract close attention.
