A GROUP OF STUDENTS AT THE SWAMI RAMA HIMALAYAN UNIVERSITY

Overall, SRHU offers 60+ UG, PG and Doctoral Programs delivered through 40+ Teaching Departments. 100+ Laboratories nurture experimental and experiential Learnings. The Central Library fosters an environment for learning and teaching. We have over 400 dedicated, committed and research oriented faculty for whom guiding, mentoring and counselling students is a natural and instinctive process besides a strong workforce of over 3000 team members.

Our campus, spread over 200 acres, is maintained using green and clean eco-friendly practices as far as possible. Forty three percent of electricity load is generated through roof-top 1500 KWp solar power plants which helps save diesel consumption and reduce carbon footprint emission by almost 1800 tons per year. STP treated water is used for the vegetation and greenery in the campus. Our endeavor is now to make the SRHU campus Mercury-free by 2021, besides increasing solar plant capacity by another 500 KWp.

It will not be an understatement to state that our campus has transformed into a self-sufficient education and medical city with various facilities and amenities available to faculty, staff, students and visitors. The students at the Swami Rama Himalayan University can expect a life of self-discovery, challenge and a system that values morals.
