The Way Forward

To conclude, it can be said that Afghan women now have political experience and maturity in various fields, including national, regional and international policies. The efforts of Afghan women to gain political positions and employment in top management in recent years show that women are interested in participating in the political and managerial arenas, which can play an important role in opening up the political and social space for them in the long run.
