Food has always been top priority in any wedding. The Long Beach Resort has the best trained chefs on the island. But since Indian taste is different to their local taste and guests can be very specific on their request therefore most of the time for huge weddings the guests come with their own chefs who are all familiar with HACCP standards and they work together with our chefs. Should there be sometimes ingredients which cannot be found in Mauritius, guests normally ship them to the hotel as well. During the visit guests will normally request menu tasting, which is taken care by reputed chef on special request.
